Abstract
Marketinški plan rezultat je marketinškog planiranja. Svaki poslovni subjekt, bez obzira na svoju veličinu trebao bi kreirati marketinški plan. Marketinški plan pomaže u postavljanju i realizaciji marketinških ciljeva i ostvarenju dobiti. Marketinškim planom poslovni subjekt planira svoju budućnost. Njime poslovni subjekt upoznaje vlastito okruženje, postavlja ciljeve i kreira marketinške strategije i taktike za ostvarenje tih ciljeva. Svaki marketinški plan mora sadržavati misiju i viziju, analizu unutarnjeg i vanjskog okruženja, ciljeve, strategije i taktike za provođenje postavljenih ciljeva te planirani troškovnik. Redovno provođenje kontrola i praćenje ostvarenih ciljeva marketinški plan čine funkcionalnim. Marketinška kontrola je bitna zbog uspoređivanja planiranog i ostvarenog. U ovom diplomskom radu obradio se poslovni subjekt Judita's World. Judita's World je poslovni subjekt koji se bavi prodajom eko posuđa za djecu te posjeduju svoj brand posuđa Tiny World. U radu je analizirano vanjsko i unutarnje okruženje poslovnog subjekta. Provedeno je primarno istraživanje na temelju kojih su se postavili planirani ciljevi. Definirale su se strategije i taktike, predložene su promjene kao što je prilagodba web stranice na engleski jezik kao i kreiranje misije i vizije i navođenje istih na web stranici. Nadalje, predložene su promocijske aktivnosti na društvenim mrežama i povećanje angažiranosti pratitelja, uvođenje proizvoda u fizičke prodavaonice, suradnja s portalima koji su namijenjeni roditeljima te suradnja s domaćim proizvođačima. Za planirane promocijske aktivnosti kreiran je media plan i planirani troškovnik za razdoblje od 01.09.2021. do 01.09.2022. godine.
Abstract (english)
A marketing plan is the result of marketing planning. Every business entity, regardless of its size, should create a marketing plan. A marketing plan helps in setting and realizing marketing goals and making a profit. With a marketing plan, a business entity plans its future. With it, the business entity gets to know its own environment, sets goals, and creates marketing strategies and tactics to achieve those goals. Each marketing plan must contain a mission and vision, an internal and external environment analysis, goals, strategies, and tactics for implementing the set goals, and a planned cost estimate. Regular implementation of controls and monitoring of achieved goals make the marketing plan functional. Marketing control is important for comparing planned and achieved. This dissertation deals with the business entity Judita's World. Judita's World is a business entity that sells eco dishes for children and owns its own brand of dishes Tiny World. The paper analyzes the external and internal environment of the business entity. The primary research was conducted based on which the planned goals were set. Strategies and tactics have been defined, changes have been proposed such as adapting the website to English as well as creating a mission and vision and listing them on the website. Furthermore, promotional activities on social networks and increasing the engagement of followers. Introduction of products in physical stores, cooperation with portals intended for parents, and cooperation with domestic producers. A media plan and a planned cost estimate from September 1, 2021, have been created for the planned promotional activities to September 1, 2021.
