Abstract
Unutar ovog diplomskog rada obrađena je tema lean metode u prozvodnji parketa u drvnoj industriji. Kao temelj istraživanja, analize i obrade podatka gledana je tvrtka Pan Parket d.o.o. Tvrtka u pitanju posluje već desetljećima te se bavi obradom, proizvodnjom te prodajom drvenih parketa. U diplomskom radu fokus će biti prikaz i analiza trenutnog stanja u proizvodnji. Pri izradi trenutnog i budućeg stanja, mapirat će se tok vrijednosti sadašnjeg i budućeg stanja. Nakon što je trenutno stanje analizirano, prezentirati će se idejno rješenje poboljšanja metode proizvodnje te okvirni izračun. Za poboljšanje proizvodnje koristiti će se lean metoda. Japanske tvornice elektroničkih uređaja i automobila tijekom prošlog stoljeća, razvile su metodu koja je kasnije postala poznata kao lean proizvodnja. Primorane nedostatkom resursa, japanske tvrtke neprestano su tražile način da smanje gubitke u proizvodnji, gledajući sve dijelove procesa te dizajn samog prostora. Obraćali su pozornost na svaki detalj, poziciju radnika te ponajviše vrijeme potrebno za završetak svake radnje. Učinak je ubrzo bio vidljiv. Proizvodnja se vremenski utrostručila, dok su se pozivi telefonskoj službi za korisnike uvelike smanjili. Lean metoda u proizvodnji donosi velike uštede u vremenu, prostoru, radnoj snazi te u konačnici novčano, što je vidljivo u gotovo svim primjerima implementacije kroz povijest.
Abstract (english)
Within this graduate paper, the topic of the lean method in the production of parquet in the wood industry is addressed. As a basis for research, analysis snd dana processing, the company Pan Parket d.o.o. was taken. The company in question has been operating for decades and is engaged in the processin, production and sale of wood flooring. In the paper, the focus will e on the presentation and analysis of the current state of production. When creating the current and future state, the flow of values of the present and future state will be mapped. After the current situation is analyzed, the conceptual solution for improving the production method and an approximate calculation wil be presented. The lean method will be used to improve production. Japanese electronics and car factories over the past century developed a method that later became known as lean manufacturing. Forced by a lack of resources, Japanese companies were constantly looking for a way to reduce production losses by looking at parts of the process and the design of the space itself. They paid attention to every detail, the position of the workers and most of all the time needed to complete each action. The effect was visible immidietly. Production tripled in time, while calls to customer service fell sharply. The lean method in production brings great savings in time, space, labor and ultimately money, which is evident in almost all examples of implementation throughout history
