Abstract
U samome početku generiranja digitalnog novca, kriptovaluta, postojale su brojne teorije koje su oslikavale kako kriptovaluta ne može opstati pored svakodnevnog, fizičkog novca. No pored svih negativnih teorija koje su govorile o kriptovalutama, one i dan danas postoje i služe kao sredstvo plaćanja između dvaju osoba. Ključna karakteristika kriptovaluta je decentraliziranost, odnosno nepostojanost trećeg subjekta unutar obračunske transakcije. Upravo ta karakteristika omogućila je svim ljudima da obavljaju transakcije slobodnije i bez praćenja institucija poput banki i države. Danas postoje brojni programi i algoritmi napisani u različitim programskim jezicima koji automatski obavljaju kupovinu i prodaju kriptovaluta. Kombinacijom određenih indikatora moguće je predvidjeti daljnje kretanje cijena kriptovaluta te na taj način omogućiti dnevni, mjesečni i godišnji profit za korisnika. U ovom diplomskom radu implementiran je algoritam u programskom jeziku Python koji, obzirom na indeks relativne snage, automatski obavlja kupovinu i prodaju kriptovalute ADA.
Abstract (english)
In the very beginning of minting digital money or cryptocurrencies, there were many theories that said cryptocurrencies can’t exist alongside our everyday paper money. Regardless of all the negative theories about cryptocurrencies, today they exist and represent a mean of payment between two persons. The key characteristic of cryptocurrencies is decentralisation which means there is no third party involved in a transaction. It was decentralisation that enabled everyone to make their transactions more freely and without any supervision from institutions like banks or governments. Today there are many programs and algorithms written in various programming languages which automatically purchase and sell cryptocurrency. By combining some indicators it is possible to forecast the future price and make a daily, monthly and yearly profit for the user. This graduate thesis implements a Python algorithm that takes the relative strength index into consideration and automatically buys and sells ADA cryptocurrency.
