Abstract
Cilj i svrha ovog rada je objasniti pojam sustava za upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima, istaknuti važnost njegove implementacije unutar sustava i prikazati neke od najvažnijih komponenti kojima se može upravljati u sklopu navedenog sustava. Zaposlenici u velikim poduzećima, tijekom povijesti bili su samo resurs koji je vodio do ostvarenja ciljeva, a danas predstavljaju ključan resurs za uspjeh organizacije na tržištu zbog svojih nezamjenjivih kompetencija. Da bi se njihovo znanje nastavilo razvijati, potrebno je pratiti njihove mogućnosti i utvrditi kada im je potrebna nova obuka. Taj proces uvelike pojednostavljuje i ubrzava, zahvaljujući razvoju tehnologije, informacijski sustav za upravljanje ljudima. Istražujući i obrađujući ovu temu, prednosti implementacije sustava za upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima su brojne, na primjer mogu ga koristiti mala, srednja i velika poduzeća, automatizira poslove koji oduzimaju puno vremena čime se štedi vrijeme i smanjuju troškovi, omogućava poduzećima da na vrijeme uvedu promjene putem obuke zaposlenika, korištenjem nove tehnologije i primjenjujući nove metode za daljnji napredak, smanjuje rizik od nastanka pogrešaka i na vrijeme obavještava o nastalim poteškoćama. Stoga, ovaj rad nastoji studentima, postojećim ili budućim poduzetnicima približiti novi način upravljanja zaposlenicima. Rezultati dobiveni istraživanjem nastoje prikazati različite vrste sustava za upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima, specijaliziranih za praćenje i upravljanje jedne ili više aktivnosti ljudskih potencijala kao funkcije.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this paper is to explain the term of human resources information system, highlight the importance of its implementation within the system and show some of the most important components that can be managed within the system. Employees in large companies, throughout history, were only a resource that led to the achievement of goals, and today they are a key resource for the success of the organization in the market because of their irreplaceable competencies. In order for their knowledge to continue to develop, it is necessary to monitor their capabilities and determine when they need new training. This process greatly simplifies and speeds up, thanks to the development of technology, the information system for managing people. Researching and addressing this topic, the benefits of implementing a human resources management system are multiple, for example it can be used by small, medium and large companies, time-consuming automated jobs which saving time and reducing costs, allows companies to make changes over time through training employees, by using new technologies and applying new methods for further progress, reduces the risk of error and informs about the difficulties in a timely manner. For that reason, this paper attempts to show students, existing and future employers, a new way of managing employees. The results obtained by the research trying to present different types of human resource information systems, specialized in monitoring and managing one or more human resources activities as functions.
