Communication and information technology have become the functioning foundation of any organization. With the development of communication technology, information becomes easily accessible, communication becomes faster and more efficient, and it is very easy to get in touch with any person regardless of where they are located. Communication takes place through the transmission of information from senders to recipients, it is essential for the internal functioning of organizations because it implements and connects management functions. In every organization there is a certain organizational structure consisting of different levels of management. Business communication can be oral, written, non-verbal and electronic. Oral communication removes barriers of information transfer and improves business communication flow. Written communication serves as a permanent record of the principles, policies, and rules for running organizations. Traditional examples of written communications are still present, but electronic communication has become the primary way of transmitting information, which is part of the modern way of communication. In order for organizations to survive in a competitive market, it is necessary to establish a real communication business system that includes an appropriate organizational structure and implementation of as many communication tools as possible, because each has certain advantages and disadvantages, and thus complement each other.
