Abstract
Diplomski rad pod nazivom Analiza motivacijskih i kompenzacijskih programa na primjeru poduzeća Plamen d.o.o. Požega, Jysk d.o.o. i Tjörns Omnibustrafik ima svrhu analizirati načine motiviranja i kompenziranja u navedenim kompanijama. Tjörns Omnibustrafik strana je kompanija koja posluje u Švedskoj, dok druge dvije kompanije, Plamen d.o.o. Požega i Jysk d.o.o., posluju u Hrvatskoj. Nakon uvodnog dijela, objašnjene su motivacijske strategije, važnost motiviranja i kompenziranja zaposlenika te podjela sustava motiviranja u organizacijama. Kroz intervjue sa zaposlenicima ranije navedenih tvrtki dobiven je uvid u poslovanje tih kompanija, njihov način motiviranja zaposlenika i korištenje kompenzacijskih programa. S obzirom na to da dvije tvrtke posluju u Hrvatskoj, a jedna je izvan zemlje, zanimljivo je vidjeti načine motiviranja i kompenziranja koji se provode u drugim zemljama i njihovim organizacijama. Izvršena je analiza motivacijske kompenzacije na primjeru navedenih poduzeća. Za ranije navedena poduzeća kroz analizu podataka izvedene su preporuke i zaključci o programima motiviranja i kompenziranja, te je dan zaključak o važnosti motivacijskih i kompenzacijskih programa u poslovanju svake organizacije.

The thesis titled Analysis of Motivational and Compensational Programs: the Example of the Companies Plamen LLC Požega, Jysk LLC and Tjörns Omnibustrafik has been written with the aim of analyzing ways of motivating and compensating within the above mentioned companies. Tjörns Omnibustrafik is a foreign company which operates in Sweden, while the other two companies, Flame LLC Požega and Jysk LLC, operate in Croatia. Introduction section is followed by a description of motivational strategies and explanation of the importance of motivating and compensating employees within organizations coupled with a description of motivation systems in organizations. Insight has been gained through interviewing employees for the selected companies related to the way they manage business activities within HR area, the ways of motivating employees and the compensation programs they use. Since two companies operate in Croatia, and one outside of the country, it is interesting to see ways of motivating and compensating that are conducted in other countries and their organizations. Analysis of motivational compensation has been carried out on the examples of the above mentioned companies. Recommendations and conclusions have been derived through the analysis of data regarding the motivational and compensational programs, and a conclusion has been given regarding the importance of motivational and compensational programs within organizations.
