Abstract
Bez komunikacije ne mogu postojati organizacije. Svaki ljudski čin predstavlja na određeni način komunikaciju, stoga i „nekomuniciranje“ predstavlja oblik komuniciranja. Učinkovita komunikacija je osnova za razvoj interne organizacije, ali i ključan faktor za postojanje u neizvjesnoj okolini, stoga je komunikacija važan čimbenik kako u ponašanju menadžera, tako i u funkcioniranju cijeloga organizacijskog sustava. U organizacijama se poslovna komunikacija realizira unutar i izvan nje same. Komunikacijski događaj unutar organizacije može imati dva tijeka, formalni i neformalni. Kako bi organizacijska komunikacija bila uspješna posljedično vodi prema činjenici da je potrebno poznavanje jezika, provođenje interakcijskih vježbi te posjedovanje kulturnog znanja svih sudionika komunikacije i zaposlenika organizacije. U radu će biti definirano pojmovno određenje kulture, komunikacija u poslovnom svijetu i odnos kulture, komunikacije i jezika.

Without communication there can be no organization. Every human act represents a certain way communication, and therefore "lack of communication" is a form of communication. Effective communication is the basis for the development of the internal organization, but also a key factor for the existence in an uncertain environment, so communication is an important factor both in the attitude of managers, as well as in the functioning of the whole organizational system. In organizations, the business communication is implemented within and outside themselves. Communication event within an organization can have two flow, formal and informal. To organizational communication was successful consequently leads to the fact that the necessary language skills, implementation of interactive exercises and having the cultural knowledge of all participants of communication and employee organizations.This work will define conceptual definition of culture, communication in the business world and the relationship between culture and communication and language.
