Abstract
Strategija svakog poduzeća uključuje definiranje ciljeva s obzirom na internu i eksternu okolinu. Poslovno okruženje svakog poduzeća je kompleksno i dinamično. Strateška analiza omogućuje detaljno analiziranje okoline i minimiziranje rizika koje mogu utjecati na poduzeće. Strateška analiza presudan je faktor za svako poduzeće jer otkriva vrijedne i esencijalne informacije koje su bitne prilikom odabira strategije poslovanja. Analiza se može izvršiti na temelju političkog, ekonomskog, tehnološkog i socijalnog aspekta, određivanjem snaga, slabosti, prilika i prijetnji za poduzeće, analizom konkurencije i ostalim metodama. Odabrana strategija poduzeća mora biti u skladu s misijom i vizijom poduzeća, odnosno u skladu s dugoročnim ciljevima poduzeća. U praktičnom dijelu prikazan je način primjene SWOT analize, PEST analize i Porterovog modela konkurentskih snaga na primjeru poduzeća DCBEAUTY d.o.o. DCBEAUTY d.o.o. je tvrtka koja već duže od 10 godina opskrbljuje tržište frizerskim i kozmetičkim proizvodima putem trgovine na veliko i malo.
Abstract (english)
The strategy of each company includes defining goals with regard to the internal and external environment. The business environment of any company is a complex and dynamic concept. The strategic analysis enables a detailed analysis of the environment and minimization the risks that may affect the company. Strategic analysis is a crucial factor for any business because it reveals valuable and essential information that is crucial when choosing a business strategy. The analysis can be performed on the basis of political, economic, technological and social aspects, by determining the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company, competition analysis and other methods. The chosen strategy of the company must be in accordance with the mission and vision of the company and in accordance with the long-term goals. In the practical part of the paper application of the methods such as SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and Porter's model of competitive forces is shown on the example of company DCBEAUTY. DCBEAUTY Ltd is a company that has been supplying the market with hairdressing and cosmetic products for more than 10 years and reselling them through wholesale and retail trading.
