Abstract
Motivacija za ulazak u poduzetnički pothvat se razlikuje od poduzetnika do poduzetnika. No što god osnovni pokretač bio poduzetnička aktivnost naglašenija je u okruženju koje karakterizira visoka razina nesigurnosti, dinamičnosti i kompleksnosti. Upravo se zbog toga, bez obzira koliko uspješan bio, svaki poduzetnik susreće s različitim problemima i preprekama. Cilj ovog rada je istražiti i analizirati koje su to interne i eksterne barijere s kojima se poduzetnik u razvoju svog poduzetničkog pothvata suočava te na koji način uspješni poduzetnici minimiziraju i izbjegavaju sve potencijalne i stvarne barijere.
Abstract (english)
The motivation to enter an entrepreneurial venture varies from entrepreneur to entrepreneur. But whatever the main driver of entrepreneurial activity is more pronounced in an environment characterized by a high level of uncertainty, dynamism and complexity. That is why, no matter how successful he is, every entrepreneur faces different problems and obstacles. The aim of this paper is to investigate and analyze the internal and external barriers that an entrepreneur faces in the development of his entrepreneurial venture and how successful entrepreneurs minimize and avoid all potential and actual barriers.
