Abstract
Ovaj rad obrađuje posebnu metodu poslovanja poduzeća koja pravilnom implementacijom dovodi do unapređenja poslovanja, procesa i zaposlenika. Radom se ukazuje na važnost značaja novih metoda poslovanja koje su neophodne za opstanak suvremenih poduzeća. U radu se ukazuje na važnost primjene lean pristupa u uslužnim djelatnostima, te su izneseni primjeri poduzeća. U istraživačkom dijelu rada, kroz anketni upitnik o analizi stavova kupaca o važnosti lean pristupa u poduzeću potvrđuju se činjenice iznesene u radu. Sve više se prepoznaju prednosti lean pristupa - lean postaje neizbježna metoda koja dovodi do smanjenja grešaka i zastoja u poslovanju te smanjenja troškova poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with a special method of business operations of the company which, with proper implementation, leads to the improvement of business, processes and employees. The paper points out the importance of new business methods that are necessary for the survival of modern enterprises. The paper points out the importance of applying the lean approach in service industries, and presents examples of companies. In the research part of the paper, through a survey questionnaire on the analysis of customer attitudes about the importance of the lean approach in the company, the facts presented in the paper are confirmed. The benefits of the lean approach are increasingly recognized - lean is becoming an inevitable method that reduces errors and downtime and reduces operating costs.
