This paper presents fruit growing as an important branch of agricultural production. With well-organized production, higher yields per unit area can be achieved than in other branches of agriculture. In the last decade, special attention has been paid to the importance of fresh fruit and fruit products consumption. People's awareness of the beneficial effects of fruit on health began to change significantly. Because of their nutritional and therapeutic value, people should bring fruits into their daily meals. Fruits and fruit products are consumed lightly throughout the year and consequently increased their consumption. I would not have been able to consume fruit throughout the year to have not perfected the storage technology that provided preservation and product placement throughout the calendar year. Due to good or high prices of fruit and fruit products, producers have good economic benefits and consequently increase the number of producers themselves. Growing fruit is constantly increasing and improving. The comerstones of modem fruit production are the same as in other branches: "As soon as possible, with the least production costs, the highest yield of quality fruit is achieved". In order to achieve this, the fruit-maker must know the profession and the technical and economic problems of breeding. It should be emphasized that fruit growing is a particularly difficult profession in which quality work and success requires a lot of professional knowledge. Apart from producing a quality product with high yields, the same should be known to be marketed.
