Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad obrađuje tematiku strateškog razvoja kao pojma njegove glavne karakteristike, analizu stanja, te kako se trebaju koristiti pojedini resursi da bi se iskoristile prednosti pogodnih okolnosti za minimiziranje teškoća pri stvaranju željenih učinaka. U radu je proučena Strategija razvoja Grada Osijeka za razdoblje od 2014. do 2020. godine. Studija strateškog razvoja predstavlja dugoročni plan razvoja Grada Osijeka s obzirom na kriterije kvalitete življenja i kvalitete poslovanja. Strategija razvoja Grada Osijeka temelji se na europskim standardima, točnije na Europskoj strategiji za pametan, održiv i uključiv rast: "Europa 2020". Ovim radom se prikazuje i detaljno opisuje svaki strateški cilj, prioritet i mjera razvojne strategije. Ciljevi su se utvrdili kroz spoznaje navedenih analiza o mogućnostima i ograničenjima u ostvarenju postavljenih ciljeva Grada.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis deals with the topic of strategic development as a concept and its main characteristics, an analysis of the situation, and how some resources need to be used in order to take advantage of the appropriate circumstances to minimize the difficulties in creating the desired effects. This paper reviews the City of Osijek Development Strategy for the period 2014-2020. The Strategic Development Study represents the long-term development plan of the City of Osijek in terms of the quality of life and quality of business. The City of Osijek's development strategy is based on European standards, more specifically on the European strategy for smart. sustainable and inclusive growth: "Europe 2020". This paper presents and describes in detail every strategic goal. priority and measure of development strategy. The objectives were identified through the findings of the abovementioned analysis of the possibilities and constraints in achieving the goals of the City.
