Abstract
U diplomskom radu obrađena je poslovna ideja o mobilnoj i web aplikaciji za pametnu i planiranu kupnju „MyBuy“. Aplikacija kao takva predstavlja novi trend i pristup u kupnji odjeće i obuće. Eliminira glavne probleme iz tradicionalnog načina shoppinga kao što su neinformiranost o: cijenama, stanju na zalihama, dostupnoj veličini, izgledu i mnogim drugim stavkama koje će biti pokrivene u nastavku rada. Zamisao ove aplikacije i poslovne ideje je ukloniti frustracije zbog neuspješne kupnje. Čest je slučaj da današnji potrošači kada se odlučuju za kupnju odjeće i obuće idu u istu praktički „na slijepo“. Nisu informirani o proizvodima koji se nalazi u njima najdražim radnjama i često dolazi do „lutanja“ po shopping centrima. Navedeno nerijetko rezultira neuspješnom kupnjom. MyBuy aplikacija želi omogućiti korisnicima da planiraju svoju kupnju. Korisnici mogu kroz svoj profil u aplikaciji postaviti vlastite kupovne preferencije. Ukoliko korisnik želi obaviti kupnju proizvoda koji će biti dostupni nekoliko mjeseci unaprijed ili biti obaviješten o istima, on to može učiniti putem push notifikacija, npr: želja za kupnjom proljetne odjeće u vrijeme zime. Kada proljetna kolekcija stigne na zalihe i police, korisnik će o istima biti obaviješten na svoj mobilni uređaj. Navedene i ostale mogućnosti te cijeli poslovni model biti će jasno razrađen u radu.

This thesis presents a detailed business plan about a mobile and web application used in smart and planned shopping - “MyBuy”. As such, the application sets a new trend in clothes and footwear shopping. It would eliminate the main obstacles found in the traditional approach to shopping, such as lack of information about prices, stock, available sizes, appearance and many other factors which are discussed in the rest of the thesis. The thinking behind the application (both mobile and web) and business plan is to remove frustrations caused by unsuccessful shopping. It’s quite often that, when shopping for clothes and footwear, todays’ consumers go in “blind”. They’re not informed about the current stock available in their favourite shops and often do they “wander” in malls and shopping centres. Which, more often than not, results in unsuccessful shopping attempts. The MyBuy app wants to empower users to plan their shopping. Users can create their own preferences through profile settings. If a user wants to be notified when a product becomes available, he/she can do that via push notifications. In example, buying spring clothes during winter. When the spring collection becomes available in stock and stores, users would be notified on their mobile devices. All of the aforementioned features and more, as well as the business plan, will be thoroughly discussed in the thesis.
