Abstract
Digitalna transformacija uvelike je promijenila svijet. Postavila je nove kriterije u poslovanju kojih se svi poslovni subjekti moraju pridržavati poput kakvog nepisanog pravila. Onaj tko želi opstati u modernom tržišnom okruženju mora shvatiti kako je digitalno transformiranje proizvoda i usluga trend koji se odvija u ovome trenutku, niti prije niti kasnije. Veliki svjetski divovi poput Google-a i Apple-a revolucionirali su ovu poslovnu koncepciju kojom su zadužili svijet i našu svakodnevicu. U radu je objašnjen koncept digitalne transformacije, teoretska podloga iza samog pojma digitalizacije te detaljna razrada razlika između digitalne transformacije proizvoda i digitalne transformacije usluga. Naglasak je stavljen i na strateško planiranje te inovacije koje su srž svake promjene poslovne kulture, pa tako i one digitalno nastrojene. Mnogi primjeri i industrijske grane zahvaćene su u ovome radu, a na Erste banku i njezine aktualne digitalne proizvode i usluge stavljen je detaljan fokus.
Abstract (english)
The digital transformation has greatly changed the world. It has set new standards in business which all businesses must adhere like an unwritten rule. Anyone who wants to survive in the modem market environment has to understand how the digital transformation of products and services is a trend that is taking place at this moment, neither before nor later. The great world giants like Google and Apple have revolutionized this business concept which has indebted world and our everyday lives. This paper explains concept of digital transformation, the theoretical basis behind the idea of digitizing and detailed elaboration of the difference between the digital transformation of products and digital transformation of services. Emphasis is being placed on strategic planning and innovations that are the core of any change in business culture, including those digitally minded. Many examples and industries are affected in this paper, and at Erste Bank and its latest digital products and services detailed focus is being put on.
