Abstract
Ovaj rad u nekoliko poglavlja objašnjava poticanje kreativnosti i inovacija u poslovnom sustavu. Objasnit će se kreativnost i inovacije u općenitom smislu te koliko su isti važni za uspjeh u poslovanju. Također, opisat će se metodologija korištena u radu, teorijska podloga kreativnosti i inovacija te prethodna istraživanja o istima. U radu će se provesti istraživanje na navedenu temu. Istraživanjem će se opisati i istražiti važnost kreativnosti i inovacija u poslovnom sustavu i na koje sve načine ih se može poticati u korištenju. Istraživanje će se provesti na reprezentativnom broju ispitanika. Način istraživanje bit će online anketa gdje će ispitanici pokazati jesu li upoznati s pojmovima kreativnost i inovacija te koliko su isti važni u poslovnom sustavu. Isto tako, istražit će se što ispitanici smatraju da je važno za poticanje kreativnosti i inovativnosti u poslovnom sustavu. Na kraju ovog rada objasnit će se sva istraživačka pitanja, objasnit će se rezultati istraživanja i donijet će se određeni zaključak.
Abstract (english)
This work in several chapters explains the stimulation of creativity and innovation in the business system. Creativity and innovation will be explained in a general sense and how important they are to business success. Also, the methodology used in the work, the theoretical underpinning of creativity and innovation and previous research on them will be described. The work will carry out research on the above topic. The research will describe and explore the importance of creativity and innovation in the business system and how they can be encouraged to use it. The survey will be conducted on a representative number of respondents. The survey method will be an online survey, where the respondents will show whether they are familiar with the concepts of creativity and innovation and how important they are in the business system. Also, it will explore what respondents think is important to foster creativity and innovation in the business system. At the end of this work, all research questions will be explained, the results of the research will be explained and some conclusions will be reached.
