Abstract

Parallel abstract (English)
Cultures around the world are as varied as the nations that are characteristic for. Each country has its own national culture that is instilled from an early age and very difficult to change. Under the influence of globalization relations between cultures became more intensive. Because of differences in beliefs, attitudes, language and traditions of the cultures, it is important in the planning of international business to pay attention to the culture of the country in which one wishes to do business. Some behaviors and practices that are in one country positive and acceptable in another country can be negative and unacceptable. Apart from differences in national culture of each country, there are differences in organizational cultures. Each organization has its own culture that tells employees what is desirable in the organization and what does not. Certainly the organizational culture of some organization is conditioned by the national culture, so it is important in international business to give priority to the organizational culture of companies which cooperates with. For this reason there is a need for the management of diversity where the main objective is to provide training, evaluation and maximizing potential of employees, regardless of their nationality, religion, language, customs or gender. Diversity management brings many advantages to the organization, and the climate within the organization is positive and tolerance to diversity is developed.
