Abstract
Rad u cjelini odnosi se na potrošače i njihovo ponašanje. U ovom diplomskom radu cilj je istražiti kako se odvija proces istraživanja tržišta krajnje potrošnje i koje se metode mogu primijeniti u istraživanju tržišta krajnje potrošnje. Ono što je poznato je da proces istraživanja uključuje šest koraka, a koji su to i njihov značaj donosi ovaj diplomski rad. Najveći dio rada a ujedno i najzanimljiviji dio rada u kojem se potvrđuje teorijski dio je analiza na primjeru u kojem se istražuje potrošnja vina među mlađom populacijom u Republici Hrvatskoj. Na kraju rada nalazi se zaključak kao osvrt na rad u cijelosti.

The work as a whole applies to consumers and their behavior. This thesis objective is to explore how the process is carried out market research of final consumption and that the method can be applied in market research of final consumption. What is known is that the research process includes six steps that they and their character brings this thesis. Most of the work but also the most interesting part of the work which confirms the theoretical part of the analysis of the case in which the investigating wine consumption among young people in the Republic of Croatia. Finally, the conclusion is like a review of the work in its entirety.
