Abstract
U današnje vrijeme dominantni oblik poslovne organizacije poprimaju mala i srednja poduzeća. Na taj način, njihov ukupni udio u gospodarstvima postaje sve veći. Predmet ovog završnog rada su mala i srednja poduzeća, odnosno poduzetništvo u malim i srednjim poduzećima. Mala poduzeća su sve fizičke i pravne osobe koje godišnje zapošljavaju manje od 50 radnika, te im je prihod manji od 65 milijuna kuna. Srednja poduzeća su sve fizičke i pravne osobe koje godišnje zapošljavaju manje od 250 radnika , te im prihod iznosi manje od 260 milijuna kuna. Kako bi uspjeli ostvariti svoje glavne ciljeve, mala i srednja poduzeća trebaju biti inovativna, konkurentna ostalim poduzećima, te davati doprinos cjelokupnom gospodarstvu i stvarati nova radna mjesta. U ovom radu dat će se uvid u poslovanje malih i srednjih poduzeća kao najperspektivnijeg dijela gospodarstva Republike Hrvatske. U radu je kao primjer malog poduzeća predstavljena tvrtka Stari grad koja se bavi proizvodnjom folija, plastičnih vrećica i regenerata.
Abstract (english)
Nowadays, the dominant form of business organization is taken by small and medium enterprises. In this way, their total share in the economies is increasing. The subject of this final paper are small and medium enterprises, ie entrepreneurship in small and medium enterprises. Small companies are all natural and legal persons who annually employ less than 50 workers, and their income is less than 65 million. Medium-sized companies are all natural and legal persons who annually employ less than 250 workers, and their income is less than 260 million. In order to achieve their main goals, SMEs need to be innovative, competitive with other businesses, and contribute to the overall economy and create new jobs. This paper will provide an insight into the operations of small and medium enterprises as the most promising part of the Croatian economy. The paper presents the company Stari grad, which deals with the production of foils, plastic bags and regenerates, as an example of a small company.
