Encouraging creativity in an organization is a daily process that every entrepreneur faces. Creativity is defined as the mental process of an individual to create new concepts, new ideas or a new application of already existing ideas. Every day, in the context of a market competition, where every entrepreneur in the market is entitled, he is encouraged to constantly change and evolve ideas. If an entrepreneur does not grow and create new ideas and new solutions to existing problems, it will be very difficult to survive in a market competition. There are four stages in the process of creatively solving problems that entrepreneurs and others face. These are the preparation phase, the incubation phase, the inspiration phase and the implementation phase. Creativity as an abstract concept is at the core of the human species, and every human activity and human creation throughout history is a reflection of creativity and creative thinking. Just as creativity can be implemented to create and shape ideas and physical objects, it can be used as a way to better organize and execute the process. A creative person is an individual who can derive his creativity from education, the knowledge he gains through life, and through the individuality of himself as a unique person. This thesis will analyze creativity as a tool in better business organization, and creativity in organization in general.
