Abstract
Dominantan oblik poslovne organizacije u prijašnjim vremenima bila su velika poduzeća, dok u današnje vrijeme udio malih i srednjih poduzeća u gospodarstvima postaje sve veći te će upravo njihova analiza biti predmet pisanja ovog završnog rada. Mala poduzeća su sva poduzeća koja zapošljavaju manje od 50 osoba, s godišnji prihodom do 10.000.000,00 eura. Za srednja poduzeća granice su manje od 250 zaposlenika, s godišnjim prihodom do 43.000.000,00 eura. Mala i srednja poduzeća moraju biti inovativna, konkurentna, te davati svoj doprinos zapošljavanju i produktivnosti cjelokupnog gospodarstva. Prema raznim pokazateljima kroz rad uvidjet će se da su mala poduzeća u Republici Hrvatskoj najperspektivniji dio gospodarstva. Izvor su vitalnosti hrvatskog gospodarstva jer većinu radnih mjesta stvaraju upravo analizirani oblici poslovne organizacije. Tvrtka WINDOR d.o.o. koja je dana kao primjer malog poduzeća primarno se bavi proizvodnjom građevinske stolarije i elemenata, piljene građe i impregnacijom drva te proizvodnjom ambalaže od drva. Alat koji je korišten za dobivanje stanja unutar tvrtke te njihovo stajalište o uvjetima u Republici Hrvatskoj za mala i srednja poduzeća je anketa s direktorom.
Abstract (english)
The dominant form of the business organization in previous times was large enterprises, while nowadays the share of small and medium -sized enterprises in economies is growing and their analysis will be the subject of this final paper. Small businesses are all companies employing less then 50 persons, with an annual turnover of 10.000.000,00 euros. For medium – sized enterprises, the border is less then 250 employees, with an annual turnover of 43.000.000,00 euros. Small and medium – sized enterprises must be innovative, competitive, and contribute to the employment and productivity of the entire economy. According to various work indicators, it will be seen that small businesses in Croatia are the most promising part of the economy. It is a source of vitality of the Croatian economy, as most jobs are created by the analyzed forms of business organization. The company WINDOR d.o.o., witch was given as the example of a small company, primarily deals with the production of wood packaging. The tool used to obtain the information about the situation within the company and their position on the conditions in the Republic of Croatia for small and medium – sized enterprises is an interview with the director.
