Abstract
U ovom će se radu kroz rentabilnost prikazati uspješnost poslovanja trgovačkog društva. U radu će se objašnjavati financijski izvještaji, temeljni instrumenti i postupci analize financijskih izvještaja, a sve kako bi se kroz analizu rentabilnosti trgovačkog društva pokazala važnost same analize rentabilnosti. Pokazatelji rentabilnosti čine polazište i temelj pri prosuđivanju te ocjeni uspješnosti poslovanja trgovačkog društva. To su pokazatelji koji se prvi uočavaju te analiziraju od strane uprave i menadžmenta trgovačkog društva, a i od strane mogućih investitora. Analize financijskih izvještaja, a i sama analiza rentabilnosti trgovačkog društva ako je vjerodostojna te relevantna, vrlo pouzdano može izvijestiti o uspješnosti poslovanja. Pokazatelji rentabilnosti izražavaju snagu trgovačkog društva.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the rentability of a company will be shown through profitability. The paper will explain the financial statements, basic instruments and procedures for analyzing the financial statements, all in order to show the importance of the profitability analysis through the analysis of the company's rentability. rentabiltiy indicators form the starting point and basis for measuring and evaluating the performance of a company. These are the indicators that are first noticed and analyzed by the management and management of the company, as well as by potential investors. Analyzes of the financial statements, as well as the analysis of the rentability of the company itself, if it is credible and relevant, can very reliably report on the business performance. Rentability indicators show the strength of a company.
