Abstract
„Memorijalni centar Domovinskog rata Vukovar“ je javna ustanova koju je osnovala Republika Hrvatska. Osnivačka prava nosi Ministarstvo branitelja. Započela je s radom 2. siječnja 2014. godine. Njena zadaća je da svojom djelatnošću prvenstveno očuva i promiče sjećanja o Domovinskom ratu i Bitki za Vukovar te očuva dokumentaciju i ostale zapise o događajima važnima za povijest suvremene hrvatske države. Ustanova je to koja svojim aktivnostima spaja vukovarsku prošlost i budućnost, pridajući posebnu pozornost obilježavanju obljetnica. Iako je svaki memorijalni objekt u Vukovaru specifičan i zaseban, svaki ima svoju priču i osobnost, „Memorijalni centar Domovinskog rata Vukovar“ je svojom djelatnošću postao poveznica između svih njih, dajući im na taj način zajedničku svrhu i cilj - da se ne zaboravi i da se očuva prošlost, bez koje ne bi bilo hrvatske sadašnjosti kakvu danas poznajemo. Kako sve ne bi stalo samo na prošlosti i sadašnjosti, nastaje ovaj marketinški plan usmjeren ka budućnosti „Memorijalnog centra Domovinskog rata Vukovar“ i samog Vukovara. Na temelju istraživanja tržišta i analize postojećeg stanja, iznijeta je prognoza poslovanja, postavljeni su marketinški ciljevi, osmišljena je marketinška strategija te je, na samom kraju, napisano financijsko izvješće. Ovaj marketinški plan nastaje kao logičan nastavak istraživanja te je najvećim dijelom na njemu i utemeljen, u svrhu što učinkovitije prezentacije te stvaranju što povoljnije slike „Memorijalnog centra Domovinskog rata Vukovar“ u javnosti.

" Homeland War Memorial Center Vukovar " is a public institution founded by the Republic of Croatia. Founding rights are carried by Ministry of Veterans. Center started operating on January 2, 2014. Its task is that its activities primarily preserve and promote the memory of the war and the Battle for Vukovar and preserve documents and other records of events relevant to the history of the modern Croatian state. It is an institution that connected Vukovar past and the future with its activities, paying special attention to the celebration of anniversaries. Although each memorial facility in Vukovar is specific and separate, each with its own story and personality, " Homeland War Memorial Center Vukovar " whose activity has become a link between all of them, giving them thus a common purpose and goal - not to forget and to preserve past, without which there would be no Croatian present we know today. Not everything to stop on the past and present, this marketing plan was created focused on the future, "Homeland War Memorial Center Vukovar" and Vukovar itself. Based on market research and analysis of the current situation, the forecast of business was put forward, marketing objectives were set, marketing strategy was designed and, at the very least, financial report was written. This marketing plan emerges as a logical extension of research and is largely based on it, also to facilitate the most effective presentation and creating a more favorable image of "Homeland War Memorial Center Vukovar " in public.
