Abstract
Etika i zakonski okvir trgovinskog poslovanja je predmet ovoga rada. Prvotno se pojašnjava etika i utjecaj iste na poslovanje, te se opisuju etičke norme i važnost etike u suvremenoj trgovini. Potom se istražuje zakonski okvir trgovine u Republici Hrvatskoj. Nadalje, istražuje se suvremena trgovina u Republici Hrvatskoj i utjecaj tehnologije na razvoj suvremene trgovine. I konačno, istražuje se društveno odgovorno poslovanje te utjecaj istog na široku javnost i okruženje u kojem se poduzeće nalazi. Posebno se ističu zaštita prava radnika, zaštita prava potrošača te zaštita okoliša kao osnovni elementi društveno odgovornog poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
Ethics and the legal framework of trade operations are the subject of this paper. First, it clarifies the ethics and impact of business, and describes ethical standards and the importance of ethics in contemporary commerce. Then the legal framework of trade in the Republic of Croatia is explored. Furthermore, contemporary trade in the Republic of Croatia and the influence of technology on the development of modern trade are being explored. And finally, socially responsible business is being investigated and its impact on the broad public and the environment in which the company is located. Particular emphasis is placed on protecting the rights of workers, protecting consumer rights and protecting the environment as the basic elements of socially responsible business.
