Abstract
U radu se obrađuje uloga dijela financijskih posrednika na na financijskim tržištima, na primjeru društava za osiguranje. Analizira se zakonodavna regulativa i nadzor tržišta osiguranja te se daje osvrt na financijsku krizu, i utjecaj iste na tržište osiguranja. Na primjeru tri vodeća društva za osiguranje, Croatia osiguranje, Allianz Zagreb i Uniqa osiguranje, u razdoblju od 2013. do 2017. godine – napravljena je vertikalna i horizontalna analiza bilance i računa dobiti i gubitka navedenih društava za osiguranje.
Abstract (english)
This graduate paper deals with the role of a part of financial intermediaries in financial markets, such as insurance companies. Legislative regulation and supervision of the insurance market is analyzed and review of the financial crisis and its impact on the insurance market is displayed in this paper. On the example of the three leading insurance companies, Croatia osiguranje, Allianz Zagreb and Uniqa osiguranje, in the period prom 2013 to 2017 – a vertical and horizontal analysis of the balance sheets and the profit and loss account of these insurance companies were made.
