Abstract
U ovome radu govoriti će se pojmu grada, gradskog zemljišta, urbanih struktura. Cilj rada je pokazati na koje načine gradovi ostvaraju svoj rast, te što sprječava da taj rast bude konstantan. Prvi dio rada bavi se pojmom zemljišta,njegove podjele s obzirom na način na koji se zemljište u gradu koristi, te kako kroz zemljište grad ostvaruje dio svojih prihoda koje koristi za unapređivanje kvalitete života stanovnika i povećanje šanse za uspjehom industrije prisutne na njegovom području. Nadalje, objašnjen je pojam grada i definicija pojmova vezanih uz grad. Zatim su obrađeni neki od modela grada, a pomoću kojih je prikazana ovisnost razvoja grada s obzirom na njegovu morfološku strukturu. Na kraju rada, predložen je način na koji bi gradovi trebali rješavati probleme koji se javljaju njihovim rastom i razvojem, te primjeri gradova koji su već započeli u praksi s primjenom potrebnih mjera koje ih polako pretvaraju u gradove budućnosti - pametne gradove. Ovaj rad služi da potakne kreativnost kod čitatelja i važnost djelovanja zbog problema koje donosi budućnost urbanizacije i povećanja stanovništva, a već ih danas možemo početi rješavati,ne samo kroz planiranje velikih projekata, već kroz male projekte koji mogu postati dio naše svakodnevice.
Abstract (english)
In this final work, the concept of city, urban land, urban structures will be discussed. The aim of this paper is to show the ways in which cities grow their growth and what does prevent this growth from being constant. The first part of the paper deals with the concept of land, its division in terms of land use in the city, and how through the land the city realizes a part of its income to improve the quality of life of the population and increase the chances of the industry's success in its area. Furthermore, the concept of city and the definition of city-related concepts are explained. Some of the city models were processed, and they depicted the dependence of the city on the development of its morphological structure. At the end of the paper, it was proposed how cities should address the problems that emerge with their growth and development, and examples of cities that have already begun in practice with the implementation of the necessary measures that slowly turn them into cities of the future - smart cities. This work serves to encourage readers' creativity and the importance of action for the problems that bring the future of urbanization and population growth, and we can begin to address them today, not only through large-scale planning, but through small projects that can become part of our everyday lives.
