Abstract
Završni rad na temu „Utjecaj GDPR standarda o zaštiti podataka na informacijske sustave“ odabran je kako bi se jasnije prikazala zaštita osobnih podataka. Svrha pisanja ovog završnog rada je prikazati značajke koje se mijenjaju u informacijskom sustavu nakon provođenja uredbe. Cilj ovog završnog rada je objasniti temeljne pojmove GDPR uredbe, prikazati sličnosti sa sadašnjim Zakonom o zaštiti podataka te analizirati praktičnu primjenu GDPR uredbe u informacijskom sustavu trgovačkog društva. Dakle, rad se zasniva na prikazu utjecaja uredbe o zaštiti podataka na informacijske sustave te korisnike osobnih podataka. U uvodnom dijelu rada objašnjeni su temeljni pojmovi uredbe, koji su ključni za shvaćanje same uredbe. Nakon toga prikazane su sličnosti sa sadašnjim zakonom Republike Hrvatske o zaštiti podataka, te praktična primjena uredbe u trgovačkom društvu. U kasnijem dijelu te završetku rada, prikazana je prilagodba internetskih stranica GDPR uredbi , prilagodba poduzeća te idejna rješenja za provođenje uredbe.
Abstract (english)
The final paper on „The Impact of GDPR standards of data protection on information system“ was selected to show more clearly the protection of personal data. The purpose of writing this final paper is to show the features that are changed in the information systems after implementing the regulation. The purpose of this final paper is to explain the basic terms of the GDPR regulation, to show similarities with current Law on data protection and to analyze the practical application of GDPR regulations in the information system of the company. Therefore, the work is based on presentation of the Data protection act on information systems and personal data users. The introductory part of the paper explains the basic terms of regulation, which are key to the understanding of the regulation itself. This is followed by similarities with the current law of the Republic of Croatia on data protection and the practical application of regulations in the company. In the later part and completion of the work, there were presented the adjustment of the web pages to GDPR regulation, and adaptation of the company to GDPR and also the conceptual solution to the implementation of the regulation.
