Abstract
Europska unija od svih članica očekuje uvođenje standarda poslovanja u skladu s dugoročnim održivim razvojem. Briga o zajednici i okolišu postaje sve izraženija i poslovni subjekti sve više pažnje posvećuju ovom segmentu poslovanja kako kroz svakodnevno poslovanje tako i implementacijom elemenata brige o zajednici i okolišu u sastavnice funkcije planiranja kao potvrdu namjere dugoročnog ulaganja u ovaj aspekt društvene odgovornosti. Predmet ovog rada obuhvaća, s jedne strane društveno odgovorno poslovanje, a s druge uspješnost poduzeća. Društveno odgovorno poslovanje promatrat će se kroz ekonomsku, društvenu, ekološku i etičku dimenziju. Cilj rada je teoretski pozicionirati menadžment i društvenu odgovornost kao dio upravljačkih funkcija u radu poslovnih subjekta. Također je cilj pokazati neke primjere postojećih praksa te uspjeha poduzeća koja se ponašaju društveno odgovorno, kao eventualne smjernice za poslovne subjekte koji još uvijek nisu prihvatili ili su na samim počecima prihvaćanja i usvajanja koncepta društveno odgovornog poslovanja u svoje poslovanje.
Abstract (english)
The European Union of all members expects to introduce business standards in line with long term sustainable development. Caring about the community and the environment is becoming more and more prominent and businesspeople are increasingly focusing on this segment of business both through on a daily basis business and by implementing elements of community and environmental concerns into the components of planning functions as a confirmation of long-term investment in this aspect of social responsibility. The subject of this paper covers, on the one hand, socially responsible business, and on the other the company's success. Corporate Social Responsibility will be seen through an economic, social, ecological and ethical dimension. The aim of the paper is to theoretically position management and social responsibility as a part of management functions in the business of a business entity. It also aims to show some examples of existing practices and the success of corporate socially responsible behaviors as potential guidelines for businesses that have not yet accepted or are at the very beginning of accepting and adopting the concept of socially responsible business in their business.
