Abstract
Ovaj rad bavi se poslovnom etikom kao elementom uspješnog poslovanja. Poslovna etika je hibrid koji spaja poslovanje koje za cilj ima ostvarenje profita te etiku koja nalaže pravila dobrog ponašanja i međuljudskih odnosa. Područje poslovne etike odnosi se na primjenu etičkih načela i principa u poslovanju. U današnje vrijeme konkurencija je veoma velika, a potrošači zahtijevaju od poduzeća da se etično ponašaju. Iako poslovna etika podrazumijeva određena odricanja i ulaganja, na dugi rok je isplativa jer poboljšava ugled i imidž poduzeća što poduzeću osigurava veće prihode, pa tako i veći profit što i jest cilj svakog poslovanja. Kako bi poslovna etika uopće mogla doći do izražaja prije svega je potrebno stvoriti etično okruženje u poduzeću. U tome je vrlo značajno i donošenje etičnog kodeksa kao dokumenta koji služi kao vodilja za ponašanje poduzeća i zaposlenika. Poslovnom etikom potrebno je upravljati te se služiti principima i načelima poslovne etike prilikom donošenja etičnih odluka. Samo na taj način poslovna etika može biti element uspješnog poslovanja poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with business ethics as an element of successful business. Business ethics is a hybrid which put together business which for goal has making profit and ethics which provides rules of good behavior and human relationships. The area of business ethics considers the implementation of ethical standards and principals in business. Nowadays the competition is very big and costumers demand implementation of business ethics. Although business ethics implies some abandonments and investments, on long term it is effective because it improves image and reputation of company which leads to greater incomes and profit which is the goal for every business. For the business ethic to be effective, first it is necessary to make ethical environment in company. Making and implementing ethical codex has a great meaning for that, and that regards to document which provides guidelines for behavior of company and employees. Business ethics also has to be managed and guided and decisions must be based on ethical standards and principals. Only then business ethics can be element of a successful business.
