Abstract
U radu se prikazuju društvene mreže kao globalno komunikacijski fenomen. Definira se pojam društvenih mreža, daje se njihov povijesni prikaz te se analiziraju najpopularnije društvene mreže. Naglašava se životni ciklus društvenih mreža i njihove marketinške mogućnosti. Navodi se pojam korporativnog nastupa preko društvenih mreža i kojim su sve sigurnosnim rizicima izložene društvene mreže. Opisuje se i tržište sportske suplementacije i zdrave prehrane, a naglasak u radu stavlja se na istraživanje učinkovitosti promocije sportske suplementacije i zdrave prehrane putem društvenih mreža na konkretnom primjeru Tvrtke d.o.o. Na kraju rada izvodi se sveobuhvatan zaključak.

The paper presents the social network as a global communications phenomenon. We define the concept of social networks, given their historical account and analyze the most popular social networks. Stresses the life cycle of social networks and their marketing opportunities. It is also the concept of corporate performance through social networks and that all security risks exposed to social networks. It also describes the market of sports supplementation and healthy eating, and the emphasis in the work placed on the study of the effectiveness of sports supplementation and promotion of healthy eating through social networks on concrete example Companies Ltd. At the end of the work is carried out a comprehensive conclusion.
