The topic to be discussed in this final paper is the business analysis of OTP d.d. banks in the period from 2015 to 2017. It analyzes the overall state of the bank in the observed period and shows the impact of interest and non-interest income on the operations of the observed bank. As an introduction to the topic, the banking system, the specifics of the Croatian banking system and the structure of the banking system in the Republic of Croatia were defined. Prior to analyzing the operations of the observed bank, it defined its profile, vision, mission, and subject and business activities. OTP d.d. The bank is eighth largest bank in the Croatian banking market and is the largest Hungarian commercial bank operating in central and eastern Europe. An adequate information background was necessary for the bank's analysis. Business Analysis of OTP d.d. the bank is made on the basis of the financial statements - balance sheets and profit and loss accounts, horizontal and vertical analyzes of the above reports and financial indicators of the economy, liquidity, indebtedness and profitability for the observed period. The purpose of the financial statements analysis is to inform the interested users about the financial position and performance of the business.
