Abstract
Komunikacija je osnovni preduvjet za uspješno sklapanje i obavljanje poslova, za prenošenje informacija. Komunikacija je izuzetno važna u današnjem svijetu, pomoću nje prenosimo informacije sa jedne osobe na drugu. Osnovni cilj komunikacije je da primatelj razumije danu informaciju. Tko ima informaciju, ima i moć. Prilikom komunikacije odnosno prijenosa informacije jako je bitno da informacija bude potpuna, pravovremena i pouzdana što se smatra da zadovoljava efikasna, a ne efektivna komunikacija. Ljudi međusobno komuniciraju, a u procesu komunikacije sudjeluju minimalno dvije osobe. Komunikacija se ponekad može odvijati i neuspješno, a ovisi o brojnim faktorima. Tako izgovorene riječi mogu biti pogrešno shvaćene, sasvim drukčije od onog što je pošiljatelj smatrao. Poslovna komunikacija je komunikacija koja se koristi za promicanje proizvoda, usluga ili organizacija. To je prijenos informacija unutar poslovnog svijeta. Poslovna komunikacija koristi se u pravne i slične svrhe.
Abstract (english)
Communication is a basic prerequisite for successful compiling and doing business, for transmitting information. Communication is extremely important in today's world, by transferring information from one person to another. The main goal of communication is that the recipient understands the given information. Who has information, there is power. When communicating or transmitting information, it is essential that the information is complete, timely and reliable, which is considered to satisfy efficient, non-effective communication. People communicate with each other, and at least two people participate in the communication process. Communication can sometimes be unsuccessful and depends on numerous factors. So spoken words can be misunderstood, quite different from what the sender considered. Business Communication is communication that is used to promote products, services or organizations. It is the transfer of information within the business world. Business communications are used for legal and similar purposes.
