Abstract
Poslovna komunikacija je temelj poslovnih procesa, te svaki čin na neki način predstavlja oblik komunikacije, bilo to verbalno ili neverbalno. Unutar organizacije postoje dvije vrste poslovnog komuniciranja: formalni i neformalni. Kvalitetna i organizirana poslovna komunikacija je osnova za razvoj i napredovanje organizacija. Osim samog napredovanja organizacije, poslovna komunikacija se često koristi i u E-trgovinama kao aspekt komuniciranja sa kupcima. E-trgovina u Hrvatskoj iako na samom dnu Europskih zemalja po postotku korisnika interneta koji kupuju na internetu ima tendenciju rasta te se očekuje kako će velik broj hrvatskih tvrtki u budućnosti sve više resursa usmjeriti na poboljšanje svoje etrgovine i načina na koji se odvija komunikacija u takvim organizacijama. Osim potrebe kvalitetne i organizirane poslovne komunikacije za uspješno komuniciranje potrebno je poznavanje jezika, posjedovanje kulturnog znanja svih sudionika komunikacije te provođenje interakcijskih vježbi.
Abstract (english)
Business communication is the foundation of business processes and every act in one way or another represents a form of communication whether it's verbal or non-verbal. In the organization, there are two types of business communication: formal and informal. Quality and organized business communication is the basis for the development and advancement of the organization. Apart from advancement in the organization, business communication is often used in E-commerce as an aspect of communicating with buyers. E-commerce in Croatia, although it's on the bottom of European countries for percentage of users that buy online, has the tendency of growth and it is expected that a large sum of Croatian companies in future will redirect their resources on enhancing their E-commerce and way that communication is used in those organizations. Aside from requiring quality and organized business communication for successful communication, it is required well-knowing language, having cultural knowledge of every member of communication and conduction of interaction drills.
