Abstract
Svako poduzeće koje želi danas uspjeti na tržištu mora imati neke resurse. Resurs se može definirati kao prednost koju jedno poduzeće ima u odnosu na drugo. Najčešće pod ekonomske resurse se podrazumijeva zemlja, rad i kapital, no u novije doba, sve se češće u tu klasifikaciju ubraja i znanje kao novi, ali iznimno bitan ekonomski resurs. Znanje se stječe učenjem, primanjem novih informacija na znanje te iskustvom. Kao poseban oblik znanja, ističe se kreativnost. Kreativnost je sposobnost čovjeka da svijet gleda na drugačiji način, da razmišlja drugačije od drugih i na temelju toga da se diferencira od drugih. Svako ljudsko biće na ovome svijetu posjeduje kreativni potencijal. Kod različitih ljudi kreativnost se različito manifestira. Neki ljudi imaju naizgled veći kreativni potencijal, dok neki imaju manji kreativni potencijal, no poanta je da svaki čovjek nosi u sebi kreativni potencijal. Kreativnost je danas iznimno važna i zastupljena u društvu, ona je podloga za inovacije, a inovacije predstavljaju primijenjenu kreativnost.
Abstract (english)
Any company that wants to succeed today in the market has to have some resources. A resource can be defined as an advantage that one company has in relation to another. The most commonly used economic resources are land, labor, and capital, but in the recent times, more and more in this classification is the knowledge as a new but extremely important economic resource. Knowledge is gained by learning, receiving new information on knowledge and experience. As a special form of knowledge, creativity is emphasized. Creativity is the ability of a person to look differently in the world, to think differently from others and to differentiate them from others. Every human being in this world possesses creative potential. In different people, creativity manifests itself differently. Some people have a seemingly greater creative potential, while some have less creative potential, but the point is that each man carries a creative potential within himself. Creativity today is extremely important and represented in society, it is the foundation for innovation, and innovations represent applied creativity.
