Abstract | Poslovni subjekt čija je osnovna djelatnost prodaja roba kroz različite distribucijske kanale, maloprodajom i veleprodajom te u budućnosti i web prodajom rijedak je primjer potpunog restrukturiranja u više faza. Od osnutka tvrtka prolazi različite faze, od vrlo uspješne i ekspandirajuće tvrtke do tvrtke koja dolaskom financijske krize i donošenjem niza loših poslovnih odluka posrće u poslovanju i kao rezultata skoro nestaje s tržišta do njenog ponovnog oporavka kroz restrukturiranja i uspješnog povratka na tržište.
Da nova Uprava tvrtke ne bi ponovo dovela u situaciju bilo je potrebno postaviti dobre strateške ciljeve, stvoriti planove i poduzeti radnje i promjene te iste sprovesti u što kraćem roku. Da bi tranzicija bila uspješno sprovedena bilo je potrebno da se uklone sve prepreke koje su usporavale ili bile usko grlo u procesima nabave, prodaje odnosno svih procesa koji su indirektno vezani u procesima maloprodaje odnosno veleprodaje.
Promjene u IT tvrtke jedan su od prvih koraka, čijim provođenjem se tvrtka uspjela konsolidirati, podići konkurentsku sposobnost i krenuti rasti i razvijati se.
Te promjene nije moguće sprovesti od jedanput, već se odrađuju u fazama, jedna nakon druge a sve u cilju povećanja konkurentnosti, a koja se provodi i danas.
Reinformatizacija poduzeća se provodi i danas, a sve navedeno je tema ovog završnog rada |

Parallel abstract (English) | A company whose primary business is to sell goods through various distribution channels, retail and wholesale, and web sales in the future, is a rare example of complete restructure in several phases. Since its foundation, the company passes through different phases, from a very successful and expanding company to a company that comes to the finacijal crisis and by making a numer of bad business decision runs into business and as a result it almost disappears from the market unitil its recovery through restructuring and successful return on the market.
If the management of the company did not bring it back to the situacion it was necessary to set good strategic goals, create plans and take actions and changes in the shortes possible time. In order to make the transition successful, it was necessary to remove all impediments that slowed or narrowed the procurement processes, sales or all processes that are indirectly linked to retail or wholwsale processes.
Changes in IT companies are one of the steps, by which company has managed to consolidate, raise its competitive ability and star growing and developing.
These changes can not be implemented once, but they are going in stages, on after the other, all in order to increase competitiveness, that are still being implemented today.
The company`s re-informatizatiom is being carried out today, and all mentioned facts is subject of this final work. |
