Abstract | Tema ovog rada je prikaz funkcija trgovine. Kao primjer, u praktičnom dijelu rada se koristi
trgovina, odnosno poduzeće Müller. Kroz rad se nastoji dati prvenstveno osnovna definicija
pojma trgovine i njezin razvoj kroz povijest, funkcija i podjela. Dalje su objašnjene zadaće i
značenje trgovine, marketing trgovine te trgovinski poslovni proces i poslovne jedinice, a kao
kraj teoretskog dijela rada je Zakon o trgovini kao najznačajniji zakon za ovo područje
istraživanja. Također se iznose i osnovni podaci o trgovini Müller kako bi se dobila šira slika
pozadine poslovanja, a nakon toga se raspravlja o funkcijama trgovine. Kod podjele trgovine,
rad se bazirao na maloprodaju i načine na koje maloprodajna trgovina posluje. Navode se
načini organizacije i najvažnije značajke tržišta i trgovina te se sve prikazuje na primjeru
trgovina Müller. Važno je da napomenuti da se rad najviše bazira na primarnim funkcijama
koje se zatim povezuju sa sekundarnim funkcijama trgovine. Na samom početku potrebno je
navesti prvu i najvažniju funkciju trgovine – posrednička funkcija između proizvođača i
potrošača.
Trgovina potječe iz prve ljudske zajednice kada je bila osnovna vještina razmjene usluga i
dobara, u početku za dobra dobivena iz prirode (primjerice zahvaljujući lovu ili
poljoprivredi), a kasnije za proizvedena dobra. Razvojem znanosti su stvoreni uvjeti za
primjenu novih metoda i tehnika rukovođenja i upravljanja. |

Parallel abstract (English) | The main topic of this paper is a description of the trade functions. In the practical part of the
paper is used the company Müller to show the theoretical part of this paper on the example.
Through the paper, it is primary intention to give a basic definition of the concept of trade and
its development through history, its function and division. The tasks and meaning of trade,
marketing and trade business processes and business units are explained further, and as a
theoretical part of the work is the Trade Act as the most important law for this area of this
research. The basic information about Müller's trade is also presented in order to understand
the background of the business, and then discussing the functions of the trade. In trade
division, work was based on retail and the way retail trade operates. There are ways of
organization and the most important features of the market and trade and are all shown in the
example of the Müller store. It is important to note that the work is mostly based on the
primary functions that are then linked to the secondary functions of the store. At the very
beginning, it is necessary to state the first and most important function of trade - the
intermediary function between producers and consumers.
Trademarks are still dating from the original human community. It was a basic skill through
which people exchanged services and goods, initially for goods obtained from nature (for
example, thanks to hunting or agriculture), and later to produce goods. The development of
science has created the conditions for applying new methods and management techniques |
