Parallel abstract (English) | Every developed economy of the 21st century and every economy striving to become considered developed and acknowledged as such aims to stimulate all forms of private ownership as much as possible for the well-being of its own growth and development. Such intentions have to do with the fact that every individual, in order to ensure one’s own existence by investing knowledge, labor, effort, time and capital, is going to secure a prosperity of an environment the individual operates in. While doing so, lots of attention should go not only to the individual but to groups of people operating in that direction as well, especially if we scrutinize a family as the group of people which jointly launch an entrepreneurial venture. Every family member invests one’s own knowledge and talents, building an organization that surpasses the family itself and the organization whose actions can influence the wider community than the family itself. Through such actions, the family ceases to be the group of people bound only by a blood bond and becomes the group of closely-connected businesspeople whose closeness helps them cope with dynamic requirements set by a global market of supply and demand easier. Every state’s goal is to stimulate every form of private entrepreneurship, family entrepreneurship included, so that those individuals and the groups of individuals, which decide to start an entrepreneurial venture, withstand problems and difficulties as painlessly and easily as possible. Their success and advance raises the welfare of not only the individuals themselves but of all citizens of the state. |
