Abstract | Konkurencija se na tržištu, osobito u današnje vrijeme globalizacije i uznapredovale tehnologije, iz dana u dan povećava te je potrebno pronaći način kako bi se određeni gospodarski subjekt, u navedenoj situaciji, nametnuo. Koncept kvalitete jest strateški cilj, faktor koji omogućuje kontinuirano nadmetanje i ostvarivanje uspješnosti u svim elementima procesa.
Savjesno upravljanje kvalitetom primarni je cilj gospodarskih subjekata koji nastoje ostvariti kontinuirano unapređivanje. Spomenuto će ostvariti ukoliko u svojoj djelatnosti krenu od zahtjeva kupaca te u proces uključe sve funkcije, od oblikovanja proizvoda, preko proizvodnje, do njegova krajnjeg stupnja, korištenja.
Potpuno upravljanje kvalitetom (Total Quality Management) je pojam koji potiče sudjelovanje svih članova organizacije u procesu ostvarivanja početnih ciljeva. Pomoću raznih se alata nastoje zadovoljiti postavljeni ciljevi i na taj način ostvariti, ali i održati, konkurentnost na tržištu. Kako bi kvaliteta proizvoda kontinuirano napredovala te se olakšala njihova međunarodna razmjena, ustanovljena je serija normi ISO 9000. Norma je izdana kako bi se standardizirali zahtjevi vezani za kvalitetu te omogućili njezino ostvarenje. Istovremeno, dva su procesa usko vezana uz upravljanje kvalitetom, proces kontrole kvalitete te proces osiguranja iste. Kontrola kvalitete za cilj ima ispunjenje postavljenih zahtjeva, uočavanje pogrešaka te njihova ispravljanja, dok je cilj osiguranja kvalitete stvaranje povjerenja u ispunjenje zahtjeva vezanih za kvalitetu. |

Parallel abstract (English) | Competition in the market, especially in today's world of globalization and advanced technology, increases day by day and needs to find a way to impose a particular economic entity in the given situation. The Quality Menagement is a strategic goal, a factor that enables continuous bidding and achieving success in all process elements.
Conscientiously, quality management is the primary goal of business entities that strive to achieve continuous improvement. It will be mentioned if they are in the business process from the customer's request and in the process include all the functions, from the product design, through production, to its ultimate degree of use.
Total Quality Management (Total Quality Management) is a concept that encourages the participation of all members of the organization in the process of achieving initial goals. With the help of various tools, it strives to meet the set goals and thus achieve, but also maintain, market competitiveness. In order to continuously improve product quality and facilitate their international exchange, a series of ISO 9000 standards has been established. The standard was issued in order to standardize quality-related requirements and enable it to be realized. At the same time, two processes are closely related to quality management, quality control process and the process of securing it. Quality control aims to meet the requirements set, to detect errors and to correct them, while the aim of quality assurance is to create trust in meeting quality-related requirements. |
