Abstract
Svako poduzeće u svojoj dugoročnoj viziji ima planiranu strategiju širenja poslovanja. Jedna od mogućih opcija u tom slučaju je da tvrtka postane davatelj franšize, odnosno da odluči da cijelo ili pak dio poslovanja franšizira. Širenjem putem franšize kompanija smanjuje vlastiti rizik širenja poslovanja, ulazi na manja i lokalna tržišta, brže ulazi na nova tržišta te bolje iskorištava nova tržišta. U fokusu ovog rada će također biti i spremnost kompanije da svoje poslovanje franšizira jer to nije nimalo jednostavno, a pogotovo sve uvjete poslovanja obuhvatiti ugovorom o franšizi. Istraživački dio rada će obuhvatiti kompaniju ChemDry te usluge koje ona pruža krajnjim korisnicima. U usluge koje ChemDry nudi ubraja se čišćenje tepiha, tkanina i tapeciranog namještaja, čišćenje unutrašnjosti vozila čišćenje vinila i kože, otklanjanje mrlja, zaštita i mirisno osvježenje tepiha i tkanina, te anti alergenski tretmani. Nakon uvodnog djela, slijedi teorijski okvir franšize. Teorijski dio pojašnjava što je to franšiza, njezine uspješne primjere, što ona donosi davatelju, koje su prednosti i nedostatci za davatelja te ugovor o franšizi. Praktični dio analizira poslovanje ChemDry tvrtke i njezin mogući proboj na hrvatsko tržište.
Abstract (english)
In her long term vision, every company has planned for extension her business. One option is to become franchise provider. The company can franchise all or just one part of her business. Expanding through franchise companies reduces their own risk of business expansion, entering smaller and local markets, faster entering new markets and better exploiting new markets. The focus of this paper will also be the competency of the company to franchise its business because it is not easy and in particular all the terms of business to be included in the franchise agreement. The research part of the work will include the ChemDry company and the services it provides to her users. The services offered by ChemDry include carpet cleaning, fabrics and upholstered furniture, interior cleaning of vinyl and leather cleaners, stain removal, protection and fragrant refreshments of carpet and fabric, and antiallergic treatments. After the introduction, it comes theoretical framework of the franchise. The theoretical part explains what is the franchise, its successful examples, which it brings to the provider, what are the advantages and disadvantages of the provider and the franchise agreement. The practical part analyzes ChemDry's business and its potential breakthrough on the Croatian market.
