Abstract
Pojavom i razvojem društvenih mreža otvorene su i nove mogućnosti za poslovne subjekte. Društvene mreže tako se ne upotrebljavaju samo u svakodnevnom životu za komunikaciju i informiranje, već i u poslovne svrhe. Glavno obilježje društvenih mreža je visoka komunikativnost i interakcija s korisnicima. Informacije je moguće razmjenjivati u realnom vremenu, što je od značaja u današnjem svijetu koji se odvija ubrzanim tempom. Društvene mreže stoga su dobra podloga za različite marketinške aktivnosti te poboljšanje odnosa s kupcima. Predmet ovog rada je upotreba društvenim mreža u poslovanju, a cilj je proučiti na koje je sve načine moguće upotrebljavati društvene mreže u suvremenom poslovanju. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i praktičnog dijela. U praktičnom dijelu na praktičnom se primjeru proučava upotreba društvenih mreža u poslovanju poduzeća Vindija. Nakon rezultata istraživanja u poglavlju rasprava donosi se analiza rezultata te prijedlozi poboljšanja upotrebe društvenih mreža u poslovanju.
Abstract (english)
Creating and development of social networks has opened new possibilities for business. Social networks in that way aren't used only in everyday life for communication and information, but also in business purpose. Main characteristic of social network is high communication and interaction with users. Information can be placed in real time and that has great meaning in nowadays world where things happen very quickly. Therefore, social networks are represent great background for different types of marketing activities and for improving customer relationships. The subject of this paper is use of social networks in business, and the goal is to determine in which ways is possible to use social network in modern business. Paper is divided into theoretical and practical part. In practical part on a practical example will be studied use of social network in company Vindija. After the research follows discussion, chapter in which will be presented results of the research and recommendations for improving use of social networks in business.
