Abstract | Ovaj rad ukazuje na važnost emocionalne inteligencije, ali također i problematiku iste. Rad govori o paradoksu koji se događa - porastu IQ-a , te postepeno, ali sigurno opadanje emocionalne inteligencije. Skreće pažnju na važnost ignorirane emocionalne inteligencije u životu, ali sa posebnim fokusom na važnost EI u poslovanju. Koje su to osnovne i bitne emocionalne kompetencije i čimbenici koji nas vode do uspjeha u poslovnom okruženju, bez obzira na visoki ili malo niži kvocijent inteligencije. Bavi se pitanjima je li ona nasljedna, kada i kako ju učimo, može li se naučiti i nadograditi, možemo li pomjeriti svoju emocionlanu inteligenciju te možemo li ju izmjeriti kao IQ ? Naglasak rada je na emocionalnoj inteligenciji kod zaposlenika, lidera, u timu, te u organizaciji, odnosno - u poslovnom okruženju. Rad je koncipiran u nekoliko cjelina. U uvodu je ukratko opisana problematika rada. U drugoj cjelini objašnjeno je što su to emocije i kako se dijele, također je objašnjen razlog zašto je emocionalnu inteligenciju teško definirati, i koji su sukobi psihologa i filozofa. Treća cjelina objašnajva emocionalnu inteligenciju te način usvajanja iste, borbu protiv konvencionalnih uvjerenja da je IQ jedini i najvažniji faktor uspjeha. Četvrta cjelina objašnjava ulogu emocionalne inteligencije u poslovnom okruženju i zašto je ona bitna, popraćeno mnogim primjerima. Peta cjelina ulazi podijele 2 grupe krucijalnih kompetencija za uspjeh u radnom okruženju. Šesta cjelina objašnjava emocionalnu inteligentnu organizaciju i zašto je ona dugoročnije održiva ukoliko je i inteligentna. Sedma cjelina je zaključak u kojem je dan kratak osvrt na diplomski rad u cjelini. |

Parallel abstract (English) | This work points out the importance, but also the issue of emotional intelligence. The paper talks about the paradox that is happening - the rise of the IQ, and the gradual, but certain decrease of EI. It draws attention to the importance of ignored emotional intelligence in life, with a special focus on the importance of EI in business. What are the basic and essential
emotional competencies and factors that lead us to success in the business environment, regardless of how high or low our IQ is. Can we learn and upgrade our EI and can we measure it as an IQ? Highlight is on emotional intelligence for employees and managers, in teams and organization - in a business environment. Work has been conceived in several units. The introduction briefly describes the issues of work. In the second part it is explained what are emotions and how are they divided, it is also explained why emotional intelligence is difficult to define and which are the conflicts between psychologists and philosophers. The third chapter explains emotional intelligence and the way of learning it, combating conventional beliefs that IQ is the most important factor of success. The fourth chapter explains the role of emotional intelligence in the business environment and why it is important, accompanied by many examples. The fifth chapter is divided into two groups of crucial competencies for success in the working environment. The sixth chapter explains the emotional intelligent organization and why it is longer-lasting if it is intelligent. The seventh chapter is a conclusion that gives a brief overview of the graduate paper. |
