Abstract
Tim je u današnje vrijeme čest pojam u svim kompanijama. Podrazumijeva pojedince okupljene kako bi ostvarili zajedničke ciljeve, pri čemu primjenjuju visoku razinu komunikacije i vlastitog napora. U mnoštvu kompanija diljem svijeta timski rad se smatra uvaženim i poticajnim za poslovanje. Alex F. Osborn razvio je najpoznatiju tehniku brainstorming koja pospješuje timski rad i ubacuje kreativnost u rješavanju problema. Kreativnost unutar tima ili organizacije ima veliki značaj zbog sve većeg opsega novih inovacija, usluga i proizvoda. U društvenim i gospodarskim djelatnostima ne može se očekivati stopostotni učinak prognoze te su tu uvijek moguća veća ili manja odstupanja. Brainstorming kao metoda timskog rada koristi se kako bi poslovne organizacije koje često prolaze kroz proces unutrašnje reorganizacije efikasnije i jezgrovitije sagledale sve strane odluke. U svijetu postoje razni načini kreativnog razmišljanja koji su također efektivni, no brainstorming je jedna od najpoznatijih, po čemu se može zaključiti kako ova metoda u timskom načinu rada ima veliki značaj. U današnjem poslovanju važno je razvijati se i biti bolji od konkurencije u čemu uvelike pridonose metode kreativnog mišljenja.
Abstract (english)
The team is a common term in all companies today. It implies individuals gathered to achieve common goals, applying a high level of communication and their own efforts. In a multitude of companies around the world, teamwork is considered to be a respectable and stimulating business. Alex F. Osborn has developed the most famous technological brainstorming that improves teamwork and adds creativity to problem solving. Creativity within a team or organization is of great importance due to the growing scope of new innovations, services and products. In the social and economic activities, the one-hundredth effect of the forecasts can not be expected and there are always possible major or minor deviations. Brainstorming as a method of teamwork is used to make a business organization that often goes through the process of internal reorganization to study more effectively and more thoroughly all foreign decisions. There are various ways of creative thinking in the world that are also effective, and brainstorming is not one of the best known, so one can conclude that this way of working in teamwork is of great importance. In today's business it is important to develop and be better than the competition, which in large part contributes to creative thinking.
