Abstract
Kada se govori o kvaliteti ne misli se na točno određeni proizvod ili djelatnost već je to širok pojam koji oblikuje današnji svijet. U poslovanju kvaliteta je ono što je postalo primarno kod prodaje nekog proizvoda ili usluge. U tim pojmovima važno je upravljanje kvalitetom, kontrola kvalitete, vrste, te kontinuirano napredovanje. Za kvalitetan proizvod važno je imati kvalitetnu proizvodnju koja se danas mjeri raznim standardima odnosno normama. Najvažnija od njih je ISO norma odnosno ISO standard kvalitete kojim se dobiva certificirani proizvod ili usluga koji su tada konkurentni na tržištu. Za dobivanje certifikata važno je vjerodostojno implementirati takav sustav kvalitete kojim se dobiva poznati proizvod. Sve to vodi ka ostvarivanju još jednog cilja poslovanja, a to je brend koji se ostvaruje uz dobru analizu tržišta i poslovanja. Da bi proizvod konkurirao na tržištu mora se dobiti kvalitetan proizvod u koji se želi ulagati. Danas je to brend koji je iziskuje velika financijska ulaganja i savršen sustav upravljanja kvalitetom, a koji nije moguć bez standarda kvalitete.
Abstract (english)
When it comes to quality, it does not mean a specific product or activity but it is a broad term that shapes the present world. Quality business is what became the primary for selling a product or service. In these terms, quality management, quality control, type and continuous progress are most important. For a quality product, it is important to have quality production that is now measured in different standards or norms. The most important of them is the ISO standard or ISO quality standard which gives the certified product or service that may become competitive on the market. It is important to be able to implement such a quality system by obtaining a well-known product for obtaining a certificate. All this leads to the pursuit of another business objective, a brand that is realized with a good market and business analysis. In order for a product to compete in the market, it is necessary to get a quality product to be invested. Today it is a brand that requires great financial investment and a perfect quality management system, which is not possible without quality standards.
