Abstract
Ciljevi su jasne izjave o očekivanim rezultatima u nekom određenom razdoblju. Ciljevi se mogu podjeliti s obzirom na vremensku dimenziju i hijerarhijsku razinu , te postoje određeni kriterij kako bi ciljevi bili što bolje postavljeni, odnosno jasniji, motivirajući i realniji. Ciljevi su povezani s funkcijom planiranja kroz razine menadžmenta u kojima svaka razina menadžmenta ima posebno zadane ciljeve sa određenim karakteristikama. U sklopu planiranja postoje instrumenti planiranja koji omogućuju pravilno i učinkovito ostvarivanje ciljeva u poduzeću kroz terminiranje i prognoziranje. Unutar terminiranja se koristi gantogram kao sredstvo planiranja i rasporeda aktivnosti, te unutar prognoziranja se koriste razne metode prognoziranja prodaje na temelju kojih se ciljevi i planovi mogu mjenjati. Ciljevi su korelativno povezani s funkcijom odlučivanja, kako bi se postigli ciljevi koje si organizacije zadaju, bitno je uzastopno donositi prave odluke i znati vrednovati važnost određenih odluka.
Abstract (english)
Goals are clear statements about expected results in a given period of time. Goals can be divided in terms of time dimension and hierarchical level, and there is a certain criterion for setting goals so that they can be set better, and also clearer, motivating and more realistic. Goals are linked to the planning function through management levels where each management level has specific goals with certain characteristics. Within planning, there are planning tools that enable proper and effective executing of goals in the company through scheduling and forecasting. Within termination, gantogram is used as a tool for planning and scheduling activities, and within forecasting, various sales forecasting methods are used. Based on scheduling and sales forecasting, goals and plans can be changed. Goals are correlatively related to the decision-making function. In order to achieve the goals that the organizations set, it is important to repeatedly make the right decisions and to evaluate the importance of certain decisions.
