Abstract | Korporacija je jedan od najrazvijenijih oblika društva kapitala, sa čvrstom organizacijskom strukturom i kulturom. Temeljem toga, korporacijsko poduzetništvo predstavlja skup formalnih i neformalnih aktivnosti unutar same korporacije. Smatra se da su u Hrvatskoj od 68 000 poduzeća, njih 300 registrirana kao korporacija. Iako čine mali postotak od ukupnog broja poduzeća u gospodarstvu zemlje, po svojem su ekonomskom potencijalu, proizvodnji i broju zaposlenih, nosivi dio gospodarstva.
U ovome radu mjeriti će se poduzetnička performansa, koja služi kako bi se uspostavila održiva razina korporacijskog poduzetništva. Procjenom se mjere trenutni procesi i ostvareni rezultati koji su nastali kao posljedica poduzetničke aktivnosti, a pomaže u uspostavljanju normi, usporedbi s konkurencijom, formuliranju ciljeva, razvijanju strategija, unapređivanju menadžerskog vodstva, te samu procjenu zaposlenih.
Kao primjer korporacije na kojoj će se vršiti procjena poduzetničke performanse, odabran je Belupo d.d., danas najveća domaća farmaceutska kompanija s 45-godišnjom tradicijom i više od 1000 zaposlenih. Farmaceutska industrija predstavljaju najsnažniju industrijsku granu u Hrvatskoj. Njezina snaga proizlazi iz velikog udjela izvoza u ukupnim prihodima – više od 60 posto neprekidnih ulaganja u nove tehnologije i kapacitete, kao i značajne investicije u razvoj i istraživanje te u kompetencije zaposlenika.
Prilikom pisanja ovoga rada, alati koji su korišteni za istraživanje su upitnici koje je rješavala zaposlenica sa srednjeg menadžmenta u korporaciji Belupo d.d. |

Parallel abstract (English) | Corporations are one of the most developed forms of capital society with a strong organizational structure and culture. Based on that, corporate entrepreneurship represents a set of formal and informal activities in the corporation.
It is estimated that in Croatia there are 68 000 companies, where 300 of them are registered as corporations. Although they make a small percentage of the total number of enterprises in economy, they are by their economic potential, the production and the number of employees, the supporting part of the economy.
This paper will measure entrepreneurial performance, which serves to establish a sustainable level of corporate entrepreneurship. The assessment measures the current processes and the results achieved as a result of entrepreneurial activity, it helps in setting standards, comparing with competitors, formulating goals, developing strategies, improving management leadership, and evaluating employees.
Belupo JSC, the largest domestic pharmaceutical company with a 45-year tradition and more than 1000 employees, is selected as an example of a corporation in which entrepreneurial performance appraisal will be conducted. The pharmaceutical industry is the most powerful industrial branch in Croatia. Its strength derives from a large share of exports in total revenue - more than 60 percent of ongoing investment in new technology and capabilities, as well as significant investments in development and research and in employee competence.
When writing this paper, the tools used for the survey were questionnaires solved by a mid-management employee at Belupo JSC. |
