Abstract
U navedenom radu opisat će se vanjskotrgovinska razmjena poljoprivrednih prehrambenih proizvoda sa aspekta izvoza i uvoza prema strukturi teorijskog i istraživačkog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu opisat će se povijesni dio i razvoj vanjskotrgovinske razmjene kroz određene ugovore te učestalost vanjskotrgovinske razmjene sa dugoročnog aspekta i konteksta Europske unije. Gledajući s aspekta istraživačkog dijela u radu se nastoji istražiti te usporediti utjecaj vanjskotrgovinske razmjene s aspekta pojedinih proizvoda u razdoblju 90-ih godina, 21. stoljeća te s pogleda RH prije i nakon učlanjenja na tržište Europske unije. Samim time u radu je potrebno navesti zemlje s kojima RH najčešće ostvaruje vanjskotrgovinsku razmjenu. Također istraživački dio rada opisat će se korištenjem pojedinim tablicama i grafikonima kako bi se točnije prikazala struktura statističkih podataka. Budući da su u današnjici velike oscilacije uvoza i izvoza gdje ujedno uvoz brže raste od izvoza potrebno je također opisati određene mjere i politike na koji način regulirati vanjskotrgovinsku razmjenu. Samim time problemi prema kojima je potrebno obratiti pozornost radi poboljšanja vanjskotrgovinske razmjene domaćeg tržišta su visoka konkurentnost domaćeg tržišta, nedovoljno iskorišteni kapaciteti, oscilacije u PDV-u te uvoznim i izvoznim cijenama. Kao ključna uloga i rezultati istraživanja ovoga rada statistički podatci vanjskotrgovinske razmjene pokazuju negativan rezultat bilance tj. deficit. Također prema rezultatima navedenog istraživanja potrebno je stimulirati probleme i poticati proizvodnju poljoprivrednih gospodarstava na domaćem tržištu kako bi negativno stanje bilo zamijenjeno suficitom.
Abstract (english)
In this work we will descirbe foreign trade of agricultural food products from the aspect of exports and imports according to the structure of the theoretical and research part. The theoretical part will describe the historical part and development of foreign trade through certain contracts and the frequency of foreign trade from the long-term aspect and the European Union. Looking at the aspect of the research part, the paper seeks to investigate and anticipate the impact of foreign trade on the aspects of certain products in the 1990s, 21st century and from the perspective of Croatia before and after joining the European Union market. It is necessary to state the countries with which Croatia most frequently makes foreign trade. Also, the research part of the work will be described using particular tables and graphs to more accurately represent the structure of the statistical data. There is a large oscillation of imports and exports, where imports are growing faster than exports. Also, it is necessary to describe certain measures and policies in which to regulate foreign trade. The problems that need to be addressed in order to improve foreign trade in the domestic market are the high competitiveness of the domestic market, insufficient capacities, VAT oscillations and import and export prices. As a key role and the results of the research of this work, the statistical data of foreign trade exchange show a negative result balance or deficit. Also, it is necessary to stimulate problems and encourage the production of agricultural holdings on the domestic market so that the negative situation is replaced by surplus.
