Abstract
U radu je obrađena tema sustava poslovne inteligencije, tj. procesi izvođenja znanja iz informacija i podataka koji služe kao potpora u donošenju poslovnih odluka. Poslovna inteligencija predstavlja način isporuke pravih informacija, u pravom obliku i u pravom trenutku. Informacija se opisuje kao primarni resurs današnjeg suvremenog poslovanja, a podaci kao ključni segment poslovne inteligencije. U radu se iznose teorijska znanja o elementima sustava poslovne inteligencije, o rudarenju web-a i analitici web mjesta, te na taj način i o korisnicima web mjesta. U praktičnom dijelu rada napravljena je analiza web analitike za tvrtku Porat j.d.o.o. uz pomoć alata Google Analytics. Uz upotrebu analitičkih alata, identificirati će se korisnici i njihove karakteristike, njihove potrebe i navike, te će se analizirati načini na koji koriste web mjesto. Podaci prikupljeni u analizi pomažu nam u odlukama o optimizaciji web mjesta, za postavljanje novih sadržaja ili poboljšanja postojećih, te za personaliziranje sadržaja web mjesta.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is business intelligence system, that is the process of knowledge extraction from information and data that serve as a support in business decision-making. Business intelligence represents a way of delivering right information, in the right form and time. Information is described as a primary resource of today's contemporary business and data as a key part of business intelligence. The paper discusses theoretical knowledge of the elements of business intelligence system, web mining, website analytics and website users. In the practical part of the paper the analysis of web analytics for the company Porat j.d.o.o. is made with the help of Google Analytics tool. Besides the use of analytical tools, the users and their characteristics will be identified as well as their needs and habits. Furthermore, the way the users use websites will be analyzed. Data collected in the analysis help us in decisions about website optimization, in setting new contents or improving the existing ones and in the personalization of websites contents.
