Abstract | Cilj ovog završnog rada bio je prikazati važnost ljudi kao resursa svake organizacije, u ovom slučaju one sportske. Menadžment ljudskih resursa u sportu funkcija je koja ima široku lepezu mogućnosti i djelovanja.
Poznavanje svojih zaposlenika, odnosno, sportaša kao ključnih resursa u izvršenju ciljeva, temeljno je polazište svakog menadžera. Karakter, znanje, vještina, sposobnost moraju biti u skladu sa zahtjevima sportske organizacije, odnosno njenog menadžmenta. Kad jednom dođe do selekcije i izbora pravih ljudi, takve je potrebno stalno obrazovati, usavršavati i dugoročno održavati.
Radom je skrenuta pozornost i na motivaciju i nagrađivanje sportaša koji su članovi jedne sportske organizacije te je postavljena klasifikacija ljudskih resursa u jednoj sportskoj organizaciji.
Vodeći se svom raspoloživom literaturom, objašnjeni su ključni faktori koji razlikuju dobru i uspješnu sportsku organizaciju, od one manje uspješne. |

Parallel abstract (English) | The aim of this study was to show the importance of people as the resource of each organization, in this case the sports one. Human resource management in sports is a function that has a wide range of opportunities and activities.
Knowing your employees or athletes as key resources in achieving goals is the basic starting point for every manager. Character, knowledge, skill and ability must be in accordance with the requirements of a sports organization, apropos its management. Once the selection and choice of the right people has been made, it is necessary to constantly train, improve and maintain the long-term goals.
The work has drawn attention to the motivation and reward of athletes who are members of a sports organization and the classification of human resources in a sports organization was set.
Based on all available literature, key factors which distinguish a good and successful sporting organization from those less successful are explained. |
