Abstract
U ovom završnom radu na temu ''Stres i izvori stresa'' obrađuje se pojam stresa, navode se uzroci nastajanja stresa, istražuje se utjecaj stresa na radnu efektivnost te se pronalaze rješenja za suzbijanje i kontroliranje stresa. U sklopu rada provedeno je istraživanje na temu stresa koje je obuhvatilo četrdeset ispitanika u dobi od dvadeset do četrdeset godina, a preduvjet za mogućnost sudjelovanja u anketi bilo je prethodno stečeno radno iskustvo. Prvi dio rada bavi se definiranjem stresa i onime što on predstavlja, a za to će se koristiti raličiti izvori literature kako bi se mogao dobiti bolji uvid u temu. Drugi dio rada bavi se metodologijom istraživanja, dok je treći dio najvažniji i on se bavi dobivenim rezultatima i analizom istraživanja. U četvrtom dijelu raspravlja se o dobivenim rezultatima i pokušat će se odgovoriti na postavljene ciljeve. U ovom dijelu bit će rasprave i o sveprisutnosti stresa, njegovim posljedicama, ali i o tome kako si pomoći i na koje načine pokušati smanjiti utjecaj stresa. Naposljetku, zaključak će u cjelinu spojiti cijeli rad i navesti sve ono najznačajnije iz rada.
Abstract (english)
In this final work on the theme „stress and sources of stress“ deals with conpect of stress, mentions causes of stress, explores the influence of stress on working effectivness and finding solutions for suppression and controlling stress. Within the work, it was carried out research on the topic of stress which involved forty respondents between the ages of twenty to forty years old, and precondition for the possiblity of participation in the poll was previously acuired work experience. The first part deals with the definition of stress and what it represents, and for it will be used different literature sources to be able to get more insight into topic. The second part deals with research methodology, while the third part is the most important part which deals with the results and analysis of research. The fourth part discusses the results and try to respond to placed goals. In this section there will be discussions and ubiquity of stress and its consequences, but also about how to help yourself and try to find the way to reduce the influence of stress. Finally, the conclusion will connect in one whole complex the entire work and specify the most important of everything in the work.
