Abstract
Menadžment ljudskih resursa postao je nezaobilazan koncept gotovo svake industrije u svijetu u kojem dolazi do velikih tehnoloških promjena te u kojem su gotovo sve tvrtke promijenile način upravljanja svojih zaposlenika, a očekivanja su ne samo zaposlenih nego i društva općenito porasla do te razine da su ljudski resursi preuzeli primarnu ulogu kada je u pitanju uspjeh organizacije. No osim što su ljudski resursi doživjeli veliku promjenu posljednjih godina, još su se veće promjene dogodile na području sporta, koji je iz jedne „obične” aktivnosti postao pravi „biznis” u koji se danas ulaže velika svota novaca i u kojem sudjeluje ogroman broj ljudi. Upravo se zato može reći da su ta dva pojma kompleksna, ali izrazito povezana ne samo u poslovnom nego i u sportskom, odnosno natjecateljskom smislu. Ljudi su ti koji se „natječu” unutar, ali i izvan terena, što je tema koja će biti predstavljena u ovom završnom radu. Na jednostavan, teorijski način objasniti će se važnost ljudskih resursa tj. zaposlenika u sportskom menadžmentu i u sportskim organizacijama, ali i svih onih koji sudjeluju u procesu sporta te koji se brinu i održavaju sportsku organizaciju „živom”. U radu će se također obrazložiti pojmovi menadžmenta ljudskih resursa u različitim funkcijama, objasniti će se proces upravljanja ljudskih resursa, odnosno zaposlenika, prikazati će se struktura ljudskih resursa u sportskim organizacijama te navesti kako ih se može, ali i treba, motivirati, nagrađivati, poticati na razvoj i sl. Nakon toga predstaviti će se rad u timovima te istaknuti njihova važnost u sportu te će se objasniti uloga ljudskih resursa, ali i ostalih grana, u povećanju uspješnosti sportske organizacije.
Abstract (english)
Human resource management has become the inevitable concept of almost every industry in the world where major technological changes are taking place and where almost all companies have changed the ways in managing their employees, but also where expectations of both employees and the society have increased to such level that human resources have assumed the primary, and crucial, role when it comes to the organization success. Besides human resources, the field of sport has also experienced big changes over the past years. Sport has developed from an ordinary and simple activity into large business where a lot of money is invested in and many people are involved. It is precisely because both human resources and sport are two complex concepts, but still strongly related not only in business but also in sporting and competitive terms. People are the ones who “compete” inside and outside the field, and that is the topic that will be covered in this paper. In a simple, theoretical way the paper first explains the importance of human resources, i.e. employees in sport management and organizations, but also of all the others who participate in that process and maintain the sporting organization “alive”. Furthermore, the basic terms and concepts of human resource management in different contexts are clarified, and the structure of human resources in sports organizations is presented as well as the ways in which employees can be motivated, rewarded, encouraged to develop etc. The paper also highlights the importance of a team work in sports together with a clarification of the role of human resources, as well as the other branches, in increasing the sports organization success.
