Abstract
Naziv ovog završnog rada jest Izravni marketing i promocija na mjestu prodaje. U ovom radu će biti objašnjena uloga izravnog marketinga, te njegovo češće korištenje u današnje vrijeme. Prilikom izrade završnog rada koristili smo se metodom sekundarnih podataka, odnosno literaturom na hrvatskom jeziku, te upotrebom interneta kao suvremenog izvora. Stručna literatura kojom smo se služili jest knjiga Upravljanje marketingom, Philipa Kotlera, knjiga Integrirana marketinška komunikacija, autorice Tanje Kesić, te knjiga Osnove marketinga, profesora Marcela Melera.

The title of this final paper is Direct marketing and promotion at point of sale. In this final paper the role of direct marketing and its increasing usage nowadays will be explained. For making this final paper the method of collecting secondary data was used through literature in Croatian language and Internet as modern source of data. Basic literature were books Marketing Management by Philip Kotler, Integrirana marketinška komunikacija by Tanja Kesić and Osnove marketinga by Marcel Meler.
